Our founder James Newman has more than four decades of experience in New Jersey and New York courts. He is recognized throughout New Jersey for his negotiation and advocacy skills. Mr. Newman has been selected for inclusion in 2011 New Jersey Super Lawyers and in each of the previous six years. He is a member of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. The Law Offices of James M. Newman and Associates, LLC, serves clients in Monmouth, Ocean, Middlesex and Mercer counties, as well as other locations. Our offices are located in downtown Freehold in the Parker House. This historic building was at one time the home of Governor Joel Parker, who later became a justice on the New Jersey Supreme Court.
